Two winners will receive two tickets each to the special preview of SWING! On Thursday, June 24 at the Cabrillo Crocker Theater. Nominated for six Tony Awards, including “Best Musical,” SWING! is a high-energy song-and-dance revue that celebrates the music of the Swing era of jazz (1930s-1946) and includes well-known tunes by legendary artists, such as Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, William “Count” Basie and others.
Two winners will receive two tickets each to the special preview of CABARET On Thursday, July 22 at the Cabrillo Crocker Theater. Winner of 12 Tony Awards, Cabaret is a brilliantly conceived musical masterpiece. Set in the early days of the Nazi regime, the Kit Kat Klub is a decadent refuge from the political turmoil outside. The cabaret’s gleefully lecherous emcee offers social commentary between numbers by English expatriate and party girl Sally Bowles, who believes that life is a cabaret.
